It’s important to understand that credit repair is a process, and that process takes time and patience. Most of our clients will see changes on their credit report within the first 45 days or so, and there after each round we send. However, there have been occasions when some of our clients have seen very few changes for a few months and then there was deletions and removals. The key is patience and allowing time to work on the most challenging items. With patience and consistence, our goal is to help you reach your credit score goal.   

We update your credit profile every 35 days, and you will be notified through your Secure Client Portal. We will also send an Updated Client Progress Report with all updated changes that were made and any changes we found on the client end. You can also log into your Secure Client Portal anytime to check for updates. Please follow all advice from our team to make sure you reach your credit goal. 

In order to make sure all our clients questions are answered and addressed in a timely manner, we ask that you send all questions either through your Secure Client Portal or by sending us an email to hello@owensfinancialconsulting.com.

It’s important that we receive any letters you get from the credit bureaus, and creditors. You can upload to your Secure Client Portal by scanning or taking a picture with your phone. 

It’s important to understand that there are several Scoring Models, and not all scoring models are the same. The two main scoring Models are FICO and Vantage, and there are even several different versions of the FICO and Vantage scores. The main thing to know is as long as negative items are being removed and we are constantly working together to improve your credit score, your score will improve.
